
Assistant Professor Phil Allen MB ChB FRACS.
Orthopaedic Surgeon.
Dr. Allen graduated in medicine in 1985. He has studied and trained in Orthopaedic Surgery in England, Canada, South Africa, New Zealand and Australia.
He is a Fellow of The Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and a fellow of the Australian Orthopaedic Association.
Dr. Allen has completed postgraduate clinical research fellowships in Hip and Knee joint replacement and revision surgery as well as Shoulder Surgery.
He has has wide ranging training and experience in all facets of bone and joint surgery.
Dr. Allen is involved in the education of future generations of Medical Doctors.
Registered with the Medical Boards of Queensland and New South Wales.
Dr. Allen specialises in the surgical and non-surgical management of diseases and injuries of the musculoskeletal system (Bones, Joints, Tendons and Muscles etc.). This includes:
